This guy is nothing more than a moron! He went cheap with something that he spent more than $100 on and then got what he deserved! He shouls not get a new psp from Sony.. it was not their fault! That is the consiquence of making dumb decisions and cheaping out on things like this!!

I don’t think he has a case against Sony. He is using generic charger instead of original charger. The charger probably has a different specs. Sony sending him a replacement as goodwill and hopefully gain some publicity. They don’t have to really do that.

That guy was on our local news station in Orlando. He said that Sony was sending him a new PSP Slim. I guess they didn’t want him to try and sue over some electronic malfunction. He also said he waited in line for 2 days for an iPhone and got it.
