A lot of people trying the “save for web” option in Photoshop Elements might have a bit of trouble. You go to make that photo super small and get no response from Elements 6, 7 or 8.

Save for Web option and some others can not work properly for non-admin users until Photoshop has been used under the admin.
To fix your Photoshop problem open Elements by right clicking and select run as Admin then run the Save for Web option at least one time. The next time someone signs in as a standard non-admin account user the Save for Web option should work.
