you forgot alot of characters such as: Dry bowser, birdo, funky kong and the mii outfit b
some of my tips are, when you are in first have 3 bananas behind you and a mushroom in your inventory thing, so that if you happen to have a blue shell come after you you can easily dodge it by speeding up right when its about to hit you, and you use the banana peels when red shells/green shells are flying at you.
i have been playing mario kart for about a year and ive just about mastered it i have a 2 star rank(almost 3 =D) and have every character. my favorite character is diddy kong with the dolphin dasher hes sweet. Other then some of the characters you missed i think it was a pretty good guide =D

I almost forgot–it tells you tips for avoiding
POW blocks and blocking blue shells,green shells,and red shells etc. Actually,it tells you how to unlock everything!!!!Literally!!!

If you drag an item behind your kart or bike, like a banana or shell, it will act as a shield from missile objects (like red & green shells).

Tip of the day:

When being hit with a POW in MarioKart Wii pull up your steering wheel on the last of the 3 POWs and you will spin but maintain your current speed.
