Bluetooth frequencies have no effect the workings of the Penis.
There has been some evidence saying that prolonged radiation exposure can kill off a couple of sperm, but there is nothing in connection erectile dysfunction.

Bluetooth also gives off the lowest amount of radiation when compared with other mobile devices, and the body can easily tolerate even higher than standard levels.

Also, Doubt radiation can stop the entire penis from reacting to NO, and I also doubt the radiation stopped the secretion of NO too.
